We source local, regional and organic produce and meat raised without antibiotics or added growth hormones.

Our fish is sourced from certified sustainable fisheries and farms.

We feature traditional fats such as butter, ghee, olive oil and freshly rendered animal fats. Limiting the use of modern vegetable and seed oils.

PEOPLE

We are committed to providing equitable wages for all staff. Hourly wages are currently $17-32hr

We offer paid time off, health insurance, a company match 401k and profit sharing for full-time staff over 25 hours per week.
